Terms of service

mcsvr.io is a free DNS naming service operated by Crafty Servers. By creating or managing an address, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for Minecraft servers you are authorized to operate or advertise. Do not use addresses for malware, phishing, impersonation, unlawful material, traffic amplification, harassment, evading sanctions, or interference with the service.

Limits and availability

Crafty accounts may hold up to ten free addresses. Anonymous creation is rate limited. We may add reasonable limits, suspend abusive records, or discontinue the free service. DNS and website availability are provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for keeping private links and passphrases safe, ensuring your target is correct, and complying with laws and Mojang/Microsoft rules. We cannot recover anonymous credentials.

Removal and release

We may disable records that violate these terms, present security risks, infringe rights, or materially burden the service. Released names are held for 30 days before they may become available again.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Crafty Servers is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of this free service.
